During the processions, it’s common to see items like umbrellas, Tarrasas (a wooden heart supported by a tall wooden pole and decorated in appliqué fabric), and Chanduas (an umbrella-shaped canopy). A type of frill that may be utilised both as a border for canopies and on its own as a decorative element is another common component.
